I found this video because I had to put my pig in the pen because she kept busting up my fence and running around in my neighbor's cow pasture. She keeps trying to climb the sides of the pen and has me a little worried. She's really smart, but not smart enough to know she needs to stay in my yard instead of harassing the cows next door. She has a date with the butcher in May now.

I from North Carolina out here in these trenches mane by that being said people getting drop up north, down south, east, and west coast mane. Not one state in united state that don’t got a person in they cities that didn’t retire from working or etc. Every state got people retire from working. One guy was talking about trapping feral hogs, and he said that when you trap a sounder of pigs, they make certain sounds which relay to other hogs in the area that they are under stress. This stress is interpreted by other hogs as a danger, and these hogs knows to avoid that area because of the danger. Why not invent a device where farmers, after careful observation of their lands, can place these devices such that they act like scare crows for feral hogs? If the device senses movement, it alerts the farmer, and then the farmer can decide whether or not to activate the "scare crow." If true to their nature, the hogs would see the farmer's land a land ripe with danger, and then go somewhere else. If done correctly, they could be herded into an area where traps are already set up to capture them all.

Sir, No offense... That particular hog...would have suffered from lead poisoning. Backstraps, shanks, and ribs... ...even with a full fridge. I would have made room for him. Just sayin'...

This is way more human, lucrative and smart then those shooters making the plag a bloody sport.. they dont know this is a response from nature fighting monoculture, and the more they kill the more their genes will set to reproduce.. turning it into a never ending bloody cicle. This traps are better idea, but is far from being. solution. Dont fight nature, fight monoculture.

Does the buyer take them to a "feed lot" and fatten them up, de-worm them, etc. for a couple of weeks or do they go straight to slaughter and become sausage?
